Are you a Junior 3D Designer with a sharp creative eye, a strong portfolio, and a passion for bringing physical products to life through stunning visuals and animation? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing creative team producing high‑impact work across digital, social, product launches and brand campaigns at the heart of entertainment.
This role offers genuine development, mentorship from experienced 3D creatives, and the chance to work on projects that break industry norms. This is a hands‑on, studio‑based role where you’ll be encouraged to experiment, learn, and push your creative limits - you’ll be involved in the full creative process — from concepting and modelling to rendering, animation and final output.
Responsibilities

Creating high‑quality 3D models, especially of physical products and components

Producing photorealistic renders using Cinema 4D

Developing animations and motion graphics for campaigns, social content and product launches

Editing video content and integrating 3D elements into lifestyle footage

Supporting concept development, storyboarding and creative ideation

Collaborating with designers, videographers and creative leads to deliver cohesive visual output

Maintaining high standards of quality, detail and consistency across all projects

Staying curious — exploring new techniques, tools and creative approaches
What They're Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in 3D design, motion graphics or animation

Strong skills in Cinema 4D or similar (essential)

Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)

A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, product‑focused 3D work, and an eye for detail

Experience working with physical products, product renders or product animation

A passion for storytelling, visual craft and pushing creative boundaries
