B2B Account Manager – Trade & Wholesale

£35,000–£38,000 | On‑site, Cheshunt

Own B2B customer operations at a fast‑growing, global brand  - This role goes far beyond “processing orders”.

As our client’s business continues to scale rapidly,  they have split their Customer Service function into Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) and B2B Trade & Wholesale.  We are looking for a strong B2B account management/customer service professional to take ownership of the trade and wholesale customer base.

This is a newly created role with real scope: you’ll sit at the heart of a well‑established operation that’s growing quickly, working with national retailers, wholesalers and export partners to ensure orders are managed, prioritised and fulfilled accurately and efficiently — while also helping the business evolve its processes as volume increases.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

B2B Account & Order Management

  • Manage and process B2B trade and wholesale orders from national retailers and wholesalers
  • Own the order‑to‑despatch lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, prioritisation and clear timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, providing proactive updates and problem‑solving
  • Ensure orders are accurately entered and managed through the ERP system
  • Work closely with Warehouse and Operations to ensure smooth pick, pack, despatch and invoicing
  • Support export and shipping activity (training provided where needed)
  • Bring a process‑driven mindset to how orders are managed and fulfilled
  • Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues or bottlenecks — and suggest practical improvements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has worked with B2B customers (new and existing)
  • Understands back‑office order processing and operational workflows
  • Can spot where processes could be improved — and speak up with ideas
  • Ideally, experience working with manufactured products and physical stock
