Commercial Manager – Europe - £75,000 + Bonus

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding rapidly into Europe. Following huge international success, we’re now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead their European business from their UK HQ. This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the bridge between the HQ and European markets – leading strategy, sales, marketing, and brand development to drive growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing brands.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute European growth strategy, driving sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Own commercial performance – setting business plans, KPIs, and ensuring revenue and margin growth.
- Build and localise brand campaigns that resonate with European audiences while protecting global brand integrity.
- Develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including pricing, inventory, compliance, and fulfilment.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire a small but growing UK-based team.
- Report directly to the MD, acting as his No.2 in Europe.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in a senior commercial or general management role – ideally in consumer, lifestyle or sports brands.
- Proven success in building new markets or scaling a brand internationally.
- Strong commercial instincts – confident in making calls on pricing, margins, and product lifecycle.
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and highly collaborative – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- A true passion for lifestyle and sports, with a drive and ambitious mindset, is essential.
