We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce background to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customers via phone, email & live chat
- Handle orders, returns & delivery queries with ease
- Make thoughtful product recommendations
- Keep CRM & fulfilment systems accurate (Zendesk experience a plus!)
- Collaborate with fulfilment & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery
