Customer Service Advisor- Harlow, Essex (On-site) - £28,000 + Annual Bonus| D2C

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce background to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Harlow.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customers via phone, email & live chat
  • Handle orders, returns & delivery queries with ease
  • Make thoughtful product recommendations
  • Keep CRM & fulfilment systems accurate (Zendesk experience a plus!)
  • Collaborate with fulfilment & warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery

What you’ll bring:
