Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who thrives on being the first point of contact for customers? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you. Our client is expanding and looking for a proactive, organised, and customer‑centric individual to join their team in Harlow. This is a fully office‑based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and effective support.
The Role
Our client continues to grow across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and their own website, this role is essential to:

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a DTC or B2C customer service role, ideally in Live Chat and as a first point of contact.

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive mindset.

Calm, professional, and customer‑focused approach.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using office software and customer service tools (CRM experience is a bonus).

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.

Providing clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer queries.

Using your initiative to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Investigating customer concerns to understand root causes and identify the best resolution.

Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and improve the customer journey.

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
