Customer Service Advisor – High‑Volume Product Support

Are you experienced in handling high-volume customer queries? We’re recruiting for a growing Customer Service Team that needs a confident After-Sales Advisor to join its busy support team. If you’ve worked in environments such as aftersales care, product support, telesales (and want to step away from selling), or insurance helplines, this role will feel like a natural next step.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for end users and customers with a wide range of queries, including product drops, delivery updates, usage questions, faulty items, and damaged goods. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll manage queries across email (70%), phone (20%) and live chat (10%), using a ticketing system with a 48-hour SLA. Templates are in place for most query types, but you’ll still need to think on your feet and provide clear, helpful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via email, phone and live chat
- Use the ticketing system to manage cases and meet the 48‑hour SLA
- Troubleshoot issues such as delivery delays, product faults, usage questions and stockist enquiries
- Follow templates while still tailoring responses where needed
- Work with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, sales, product) to resolve issues
What They’re Looking for:
- Experience in a customer service, customer support or after-sales role handling high query volumes
- Strong written communication skills (email is the main channel)
- A friendly, confident phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once and stay organised
- Confidence using CRM or ticketing systems
- A positive, team-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up £27,000 - £32,000 DOE

Location & Eligibility
This is a fully office-based role near Bishops Stortford/Harlow. You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute reliably.
