We're seeking a customer-focused professional with experience in an office-based customer service role, managing inbound emails and enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information on product availability and orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2B account management, DTC customer service, customer support, contact centre, or customer resolution roles who is looking to join a team where customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As part of a friendly customer service team, you'll respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers have an outstanding experience from start to finish. Most customer interactions are handled by email, with some telephone support, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
- Providing order and delivery support
- Liaising with internal departments
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Contributing ideas to improve service and customer experience
- Supporting customers purchasing through online and marketplace channels
