We're looking for a commercially curious Demand Planner to join a growing international consumer products business. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Merchandiser, Merchandiser or Forecasting Analyst who enjoys analysing trends, spotting patterns and influencing business decisions.  This role is less about being an Excel expert and more about having the curiosity, confidence and commercial thinking to challenge assumptions and improve forecasting accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining demand forecasts across a diverse product portfolio
• Analysing sales trends, customer demand and market activity
• Investigating changes in performance and identifying the drivers behind them
• Challenging forecasts and assumptions with data-led insights
• Working closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance teams
• Supporting inventory planning and stock availability
• Monitoring forecast accuracy and continuously improving forecasting logic
• Asking the right questions to ensure business decisions are based on accurate information

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in Merchandising, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Trading or a similar analytical role
• Enjoys interpreting data and understanding the story behind the numbers
• Can identify trends, patterns and commercial opportunities
• Is naturally inquisitive and comfortable challenging assumptions
• Builds strong relationships and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Wants to broaden their commercial experience within a growing business
• Has good Excel skills and a willingness to learn
