Facilities and Health & Safety Co-ordinator 

Harlow, Essex | HQ & Warehouse | Local travel between sites required |Up to £40,000 pa DOE

Are you experienced in facilities management or health and safety, and looking for a hands-on, coordinator-level role? 

Due to success and big growth plans, we’re looking for a proactive Facilities & Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure our clients' HQ and Warehouse are safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in facilities management, enjoys organising day-to-day operations, and has a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. As Facilities & Health & Safety Co-ordinator, you’ll oversee maintenance, schedule inspections, manage contractors, and support staff training.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves local travel between two sites at least one day per week.

No NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, but keen to qualify? No problem — our client can support funding your health and safety qualification after the probation period.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in facilities management or health and safety.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, audits, and health and safety checks.
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
