Marketing Coordinator – Entry-Level (Content & Copywriting Focus)

What you’ll be doing - You’ll play a key role in producing, checking, and coordinating content across multiple marketing channels. This includes:

Content & Writing

  • Writing blog posts, news updates, and marketing copy
  • Producing written content for product launches, promotions, and newsletters
  • Proofreading content for grammar, spelling, consistency, and tone

Product & Asset Coordination

  • Checking product information for accuracy before publication
  • Requesting creative assets and briefing designers, photographers, and videographers
  • Supporting product launch plans with content, schedules, and administrative tasks

Campaign & Social Support

  • Assisting with campaign planning and rollout
  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Coordinating with influencers, ambassadors, and external partners

Organisation & Admin

  • Using Excel daily to manage schedules, product data, and marketing activity

What we’re looking for: Someone with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for producing high-quality content.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident verbal communication
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing
  • Any previous writing experience (blogging, university work, online content, school projects, personal writing)
