Are you an organised, detail‑driven operations professional looking to grow your career in a fast‑paced consumer products environment? We’re looking for an Operations & Order Fulfilment Coordinator to manage the full B2B order‑to‑delivery process for wholesale, reseller and national retail customers.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in operations administration, B2B order management, logistics coordination, supply chain support or shipping administration, who enjoys owning processes end‑to‑end and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage B2B wholesale, reseller and retail orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels, backorders and product availability
- Coordinate order progress with warehouse, production, supply chain and sales teams
- Arrange UK and international shipments, working with couriers, hauliers and freight partners
- Prepare essential shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, export documentation)
- Maintain strong communication with B2B customers, providing updates, ETAs and resolutions
- Escalate potential delays early and keep system data accurate
- Support continuous improvement by following and enhancing operational processes and SOP
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in operations, logistics admin, B2B customer service or order fulfilment
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders across sales, warehouse, finance and planning
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive communicator who enjoys taking ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving consumer goods or distribution environment
- Experience with export or shipping documentation (desirable but not essential)
