We are recruiting a Licensed Product Manager on behalf of a global consumer products company renowned for premium innovation, successful brand partnerships, and continued category growth. This is a strategic opportunity for a driven Product Manager or experienced Product Developer ready to step up. You’ll play a vital role in developing licensed ranges from concept to launch, collaborating with key global licensors and market-leading licensees.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver innovative licensed product ranges aligned with brand strategy

Collaborate with licensors, licensees, suppliers, and internal teams

Conduct store and online research to identify trends and inform range planning

Manage the full product lifecycle—concept, prototyping, sampling, costing, and production

Track budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and critical paths

Prepare compelling product briefs and manage product data and compliance
-
Coordinate with design and commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies

Travel domestically and internationally as required
Skills & Experience Required:
-
2+ years in product development or management (consumer goods/licensing)

Commercially astute with a strong grasp of costings, margins, and market strategy

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and confident, managing multiple projects

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

Knowledge of UK/EU/ROW compliance and factory production processes is desirable
