Bishops Stortford Office-based | Driving required due to location

Full-time | £40,000 - £50,000 | FMCG

We are recruiting a Licensed Product Manager on behalf of a global consumer products company renowned for premium innovation, successful brand partnerships, and continued category growth.  This is a strategic opportunity for a driven Product Manager or experienced Product Developer ready to step up. You’ll play a vital role in developing licensed ranges from concept to launch, collaborating with key global licensors and market-leading licensees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative licensed product ranges aligned with brand strategy

  • Collaborate with licensors, licensees, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Conduct store and online research to identify trends and inform range planning

  • Manage the full product lifecycle—concept, prototyping, sampling, costing, and production

  • Track budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and critical paths

  • Prepare compelling product briefs and manage product data and compliance

  • Coordinate with design and commercial teams to support go-to-market strategies

  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years in product development or management (consumer goods/licensing)

  • Commercially astute with a strong grasp of costings, margins, and market strategy

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident, managing multiple projects

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

  • Knowledge of UK/EU/ROW compliance and factory production processes is desirable
