Our client is a respected and growing manufacturing business seeking a hands-on Production Manager to help improve manufacturing performance as part of its next stage of growth.
About the Role
Managing a production operation of approximately 40 employees, you will play a key role in helping the business become more efficient, more productive and better equipped for future growth. This is not simply a maintenance role. The business is looking for a leader who can bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, gain buy-in from stakeholders and deliver meaningful improvements across production performance, operational efficiency and cost control.
