  • Are you an experienced Sales Administrator seeking a fast-paced role where you can grow and progress? 

We are excited to hire an experienced Sales Administrator to join our successful client who will support their sales and marketing team.  Based on site, you will join a friendly team of two, liaising with key accounts and managing their orders, stock availability, deliveries, and product queries.

This role offers progression into an internal account manager position. We are looking for strong attention to detail, experience working with numbers and Excel, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.  

As a Sales Administrator, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and fluid environment and enjoy working as a #team!  Due to the nature of this role, you will ideally come from a sales administrative, B2B customer service or account manager role.  If you are looking for progression and to be part of a vibrant team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client's success, we would love to hear from you!!

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for national key accounts by email, website and telephone.
  • Take ownership and manage a customer order inbox, ensuring customer orders are kept up to date from order to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and analytics for the senior management team.
  • Support the sales & marketing team with customer projects, product development, & product launches.
  • Manage and nurture all courier relationships and book daily collection & delivery slots.  

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Confident using Excel
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
