£35k + £8k Commission

We're a leading, design-led sports brand with a growing global presence. We’re now looking for a Sales Executive to help expand our reach across Europe, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and sports organisations, while promoting our innovative product lines.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving business growth across Europe through strategic B2B sales
- Building and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and sporting organisations
- Identifying new opportunities and delivering on ambitious sales targets
- Leading on the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and after-sales care
- Conducting market analysis to understand trends and competitor positioning
- Collaborating with internal teams across product, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth operations
- Representing the brand at international events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Reporting regularly on performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A good understanding of the European retail and distribution landscape
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a bonus)
- Willingness to travel across Europe as part of the role
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture or experience working with Japanese brands
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
- A genuine passion for sports and active lifestyles
