Sales Executive – European Market

£35k + £8k Commission 
Location: Harlow, Essex (Office-based)
Salary & Commission: Competitive, based on experience

We're a leading, design-led sports brand with a growing global presence. We’re now looking for a Sales Executive to help expand our reach across Europe, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and sports organisations, while promoting our innovative product lines.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving business growth across Europe through strategic B2B sales
  • Building and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and sporting organisations
  • Identifying new opportunities and delivering on ambitious sales targets
  • Leading on the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and after-sales care
  • Conducting market analysis to understand trends and competitor positioning
  • Collaborating with internal teams across product, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth operations
  • Representing the brand at international events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Reporting regularly on performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A good understanding of the European retail and distribution landscape
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a bonus)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as part of the role

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture or experience working with Japanese brands
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • A genuine passion for sports and active lifestyles
