Sales Operations Administrator - up to £35,000 DOE
Full‑time | Office Based Only | B2B Customer Support & Order Processing
We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator to join our client's fast‑paced, supportive Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B customer service, internal account management, sales support, or order processing who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, prioritising accuracy, and continuously improving processes.
You’ll play a key role in managing day‑to‑day sales administration, processing orders accurately, coordinating shipments and providing excellent customer communication. It’s a varied, hands‑on role where your attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the sales inbox and processing customer orders
- Updating customers on ETAs, stock, pricing and order changes
- Handling after‑sales queries, product questions and basic troubleshooting
- Co‑ordinating returns, replacements and credit notes
- Setting up new customer accounts and supporting credit checks
- Supporting marketplace and D2C order flows (Amazon, Shopify etc.)
- Booking couriers and preparing basic export/shipping paperwork
- Keeping customer records, price lists and notes accurate
- Providing general admin support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B customer service, sales support, order processing, or similar
- Confident communicator — written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused
- Able to work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Operations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems (training provided)

Location & Eligibility
This is a fully office-based role near Hoddesdon/Harlow. You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute reliably.
