Sales Support Administrator - (Trade / B2B) - Office‑based | Monday–Friday | Salary £30k - £32k DOE
We are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join our client's growing B2B trade sales and customer service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service, and trade sales support. You will support National Account Managers, manage key customer orders, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Skills & Experience Needed:

Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Trade Sales, or B2B Customer Service

Strong background in order processing, quotations, and sales operations

Confident working with warehouse and logistics teams

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities include:

Process B2B trade sales orders accurately and efficiently

Manage order processing, pricing checks, stock availability and delivery requirements

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure on‑time fulfilment

Provide customer service and support to retail, wholesale, and national account customers

Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and sales support documents

Maintain accurate customer data, CRM records, and sales administration files
-
Produce sales reports, order summaries, and performance data

Support National Account Managers with sales admin and customer communication
