This is a rare opportunity to join a leading global sports brand as a Player Support Coordinator in a fast-paced player management environment.
You'll become an integral part of the team supporting professional sports athletes & players, helping to ensure they have everything they need to perform at their best. From coordinating equipment, branded merchandise, and player requests to providing exceptional day-to-day support, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes.
This is much more than a traditional administration role. You'll become a trusted member of a close-knit team, building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping deliver a first-class experience for professional players competing on some of the sport's biggest stages.
No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating merchandise orders, the next ensuring a sponsored player has everything they need ahead of a major tournament or event. Please note: This role requires regular travel between the organisation's two local sites; you must have a full UK driving licence and car.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day needs of professional players
- Coordinating player merchandise, equipment, and branded clothing requests
- Processing and tracking player orders
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure player requirements are met
- Preparing garments and artwork using CorelDRAW
- Assisting with heat press and vinyl printing
- Maintaining accurate player records and information
- Managing incoming player enquiries and communications
- Assisting with shipping and logistics of player equipment
- Supporting stock allocation and reporting
- Providing general administrative support to the player management team

- Passionate about sport
- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Reliable and happy taking ownership of tasks
- Eager to build a career within sport
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration, coordination, or customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
